Our team successfully designed and implemented a comprehensive HVAC system for a 2000m² restaurant in Uzbekistan-Wine Garden Project, covering all aspects from initial planning to full operational efficiency. The project included air conditioning, ventilation, exhaust systems, and a complete heating and cooling plant, ensuring optimal indoor air quality and thermal comfort.

Scope of Work

HVAC System Design & Engineering

  • Conducted load calculations to determine precise heating and cooling requirements.
  • Designed a high-efficiency ventilation system to maintain indoor air quality.
  • Created a detailed ductwork layout for optimal air distribution.

Air Distribution & Ventilation

  • Installed a custom ducting network to ensure even airflow throughout the restaurant.
  • Integrated exhaust and fresh air systems to maintain proper indoor air exchange.
  • Used soundproof ducting to minimize noise and enhance customer comfort.

Heating & Cooling Plant (Boiler & Chiller System)

  • Designed and implemented a centralized heating and cooling plant, including:
    • Chillers for cooling during summer.
    • Boiler system for winter heating.
    • Energy-efficient pumps and piping networks.
  • Ensured seamless integration with fan coil units for zone-based temperature control.

Fan Coil & Air Handling Unit Installation

  • Installed high-performance fan coil units (FCUs) for individual climate control.
  • Optimized air handling units (AHUs) for balanced air pressure and humidity control.

Project Execution & Commissioning

  • Managed end-to-end execution, from design approval to on-site installation.
  • Conducted testing and balancing to achieve maximum energy efficiency.
